Our pasture raised lamb is available by the whole and half lamb.

- Hanging weight for a whole lamb is typically between 40 and 60 pounds
- Our lamb is very lean due to being 100% grass feed. We feed no grain!

Half lamb prices are assessed against dressed/hanging weight and include processing.
What happens after you order your Lamb:
- We raise your lamb and send you updates along the way.
- A few weeks before processing we will remind you to fill out a cut sheet so that you can customize your cuts. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions - we love talking about all things farming!!
- We transport your lamb to Herring Brothers in Guilford to be processed into USDA cuts.
- Once your cuts are ready – typically 2 weeks - we will pick up your meat and ensure your order is accurate.
- We email/call you to come pick up your cuts at the farm or one of our drop off locations.
